Synopsis
Continues the story of Burn the Witch #0.8
Prequel to BURN THE WITCH. "Dragons"—from ancient times, they were regarded as fictional beings. In reality, they are not fictional, nor are they strictly creatures. They are heteromorphic entities, and many deaths in London can be traced to them. However, the majority of London's citizens are unaware of what dragons look like or even that they exist. Only those who reside in Reverse London can see them. In Reverse London, there exists an agency called Wing Bind (abbreviated as WB), tasked with protecting and managing the dragons. And there were two witches who belonged to Wing Bind...
In this installment
In a world where Londoners believe dragons are merely legends, data reveals that 72% of urban fatalities are actually caused by dragons. Since the public cannot perceive these monstrous beings, they remain unaware of the danger. Meanwhile, in a parallel realm called "Reverse London," dragons are openly visible. Ninny Spangcole is a member of a popular girl group, but in Reverse London, she works as a "Witch" for Wing Bind—an organization that sends operatives to fight these creatures and protect the residents of both Londons using magical powers. She teams up with her partner, Noel Niihashi, to defend Balgo Ywain Parks, a young man who has an unusual connection to dragons. Thanks to Wing Bind's efforts, there were no fatal dragon attacks for nearly a hundred years. This peace is broken when Balgo's sudden appearance provokes a Dark Dragon to wreak havoc across the city. Complicating matters further, Ninny's former bandmate returns to Reverse London, bringing along another powerful dragon.
