Synopsis
At a rundown school, the "Ultimate Teacher" Ganpachi is sent to restore order and prepare the delinquent students for real life. However, the students refuse to let him disrupt their established gang, so their leader, Hinako, fights back against Ganpachi using her secret weapon: her lucky kitty underwear. The situation becomes more complicated when it is revealed that Ganpachi is the result of genetic experimentation.
