Apulo, a feline alien from space with the power to seal away a human's emotions, and Latell are agents of the Division of Space Piracy, known as DSP for short. The pair's approach to solving DSP cases leads to tremendous destruction. Their current objective is to foil the space pirate Youmei, who seeks to exploit Computer Aided Thinking for his own sinister schemes.
