The third installment in the Kuiba Pentalogy animated film series, Kuiba III, unveils the complete lineup of the Kuiba Legion, known as the Twelve Devils, along with the mysterious character Ao Jiang who appears in the story. Additionally, one of the film's animated sequences depicts the earthshaking confrontation between Kuiba's pulse beast and the Lion pulse beast.

Every 333 years, a monstrous being known as Kuiba emerges, destined to be the nemesis of all life and cause global destruction. In the year 1664 according to the Kuiba calendar, the sixth incarnation of Kuiba came into existence. After narrowly escaping an initial attack by divine forces, the young Kuiba was adopted by Man Xiaoman of the Beast Nation and given the name Manji. Unaware of his true identity like those around him, Manji is encouraged by his adoptive father to overcome numerous trials and eventually embarks on a journey to Maelstrom Island. His goal is to become the greatest Spirit Warrior by protecting the world from the impending threat of Kuiba. On Maelstrom Island, Kuiba’s most loyal followers await, ready to combat anyone opposing their master's resurgence. Despite his ignorance of his own nature, Manji will soon face an unavoidable confrontation involving his father, the celestial deities, and Kuiba's twelve deadliest soldiers.

In Lingshan, a remote and forsaken region of Earth, a gathering of outcasts—the impoverished, the corrupt, and the utterly malevolent—exist together, shunned by society. It is here that the fourth-generation Kuiba, Mi Lin, is born. Unable to determine the exact whereabouts of Kuiba, the Heavens resort to extreme measures and plan to annihilate Lingshan entirely. Facing this impending destruction, Mi Lin rises as a leader, gradually awakening the spirits of all living beings in Lingshan. As the commander of the Lingshan Army, he proceeds to conquer the world, opposing the Heavens, and ultimately becomes the supreme ruler of the land.

In a world where the ultimate cosmic evil, "Kuiba," is reincarnated every 333 years to cause destruction, gods and humans join forces to eliminate him just before his revival. However, in 1664, the year Kuiba was destined to be reborn, the assassination plan fails, allowing Kuiba to take over the body of a young boy named Manji. As Manji grows up, he develops a strong desire to become the most powerful warrior. Upon hearing that Earth’s military forces are assembling to fight Kuiba, Manji and his master volunteer to find and defeat this enemy. Unknown to Manji, the enemy they are searching for actually resides within him. The narrative follows Manji as he confronts the challenge of facing their shared fate.
