On the isolated island of Urashima, cut off from the mainland, a man washes ashore with no memory of his identity or where he came from. Still, he knows he is a time traveler with a mission to save a specific girl from danger. One night, he hears Rinne Ohara singing, and the name "Setsuna" comes to his mind, which he decides to use as his own.
Rinne, who remembers someone else named Setsuna, takes him into her home as a servant, hoping he might be the person she once knew. As Setsuna explores Urashima and searches for clues about his forgotten past, he looks into the island's legends, learns about its three prominent families, and discovers a local sickness that keeps its victims inside during the day.
As the mysteries around his memory loss and the island grow, Setsuna tries to recall his mission and act quickly. Seeing the many problems on the island, he begins to wonder if his time-traveling task is meant to change the fate of just one girl.
