Mamoru Suzuhara, a shy high school student with a passion for reading about modern military conflicts, learns that his crush, Aya Chiyono, is about to relocate with her family. Gathering his courage, Mamoru asks Aya to run away with him. Along with Aya and four other classmates, they head to the abandoned Satomi Coal Factory for a camping trip. After enjoying their first day, they soon realize they may not be alone in the factory.
Based on the novel of the same name, "Seven Days War" is a coming-of-age story that transforms from a rebellious act into an all-out struggle against authority figures. In the midst of the turmoil, the children struggle to express their feelings and protect what they hold dear.
