Inspired by Jules Verne's 1888 novel "Adrift in the Pacific: Two Years Holiday," this film follows a group of young kittens who are swept out to sea. After a violent storm, they become marooned on a remote island, where they must cooperate and adapt to survive in their unfamiliar surroundings. This version replaces the original human cast with feline characters.

The story is about a 5-year-old girl who lived in just after World War II when people were struggle for living.

A year after the events of the OVA, Kabuki-cho has been left in ruins from the war, leading the owner to shut down the lingerie bar "Pallion" and reopen it as "New Papillion" in Akihabara. Tsubomi, along with her friends Anne and Shizuku, have had their memories erased by the chaos and are beginning fresh in Akihabara. The Susano—extraterrestrial beings bent on invading Earth—return once more. They transform a UMA (Unidentified Mysterious Animal) into a monstrous creature and dispatch it to attack Akihabara. With the help of Rama the cat, Tsubomi and her friends regain their memories and rise to action as the Lingerie Soldiers to fight the beast.

In "Kamichama Karin," thirteen-year-old Karin Hanazono struggles through a tough life marked by the death of her parents and constant criticism from her aunt, who calls her stupid because of her bad grades. After losing her beloved cat, Shii-chan, Karin feels completely isolated. The only thing she has left from her parents is a special ring her mother gave her. Her luck starts to improve when she meets Himeka Kuujou, another orphan, and Kazune Kuujou, Himeka's cousin who doesn't care much about girls. They are searching for a goddess. When they approach Karin, her mother's ring starts to glow, giving her sudden intelligence, speed, and the ability to make wishes come true. It becomes clear that Karin has the power to become the goddess they are looking for. This discovery draws the attention of people who want to take her powers for themselves.
