A century following their demise, six revered holy warriors are reincarnated to deliver justice upon the former ally who sold them out to a malevolent deity. Across the feudal province of Edo, these six samurai journey in search of the last Saint Soldier, Haohmaru, and their sworn enemy, Shirou Amakusa. Will the champions of divine radiance overcome the forces of darkness, or is history doomed to repeat itself?
