Uta, a hotel employee and resident on Uranus, has always felt different from others. In her free time, she sits alone at her computer creating things she enjoys, or visits cafes by herself. One day, she receives a "Future Ticket"—the key to a new life. Even so, Uta continues living as she always has. But as the "Star Festival," a celebration marking the closest approach of Uranus and Neptune, draws near, she meets Paula, a popular influencer from Neptune whom she admires. After growing close to her, Uta makes a major decision about her life.

A man in the final years of his career as an office worker is reborn as Pun-chan, an adorable little kitten. Disoriented by his new situation, he must learn to navigate life in his small feline body. His circumstances become even more interesting when he encounters familiar people from his past, including his former boss, who grows deeply attached to him. Each day brings fresh obstacles as Pun-chan adapts to his transformed existence.
