In "Hell Teacher: Jigoku Sensei Nube Part 2," Meisuke "Nube" Nueno, the occult-knowledgeable teacher at Doumori Elementary, faces escalating hurdles as he works to safeguard his students from wicked forces. After one of his students gets whisked away to another dimension, Nube meets a strange spirit that sends him back in time to mend a past mistake. Though he succeeds in fixing the earlier issue, a string of improbable events hints that a far greater menace may shatter the calm of Doumori. To protect those he cares about, Nube must grapple with his own inner demons and reveal the truth behind the impending supernatural threat.

In the town of Doumori, where spiritual energies are unbalanced and put the community in danger, the students of Doumori Elementary School find comfort in their new teacher and exorcist, Meisuke "Nube" Nueno. His goal is clear: to stop the malicious plans of the youkai that haunt the town. His attention is first caught by transfer student Hiroshi Tateno, who shows sudden and uncontrollable bursts of aggression towards his classmates. After discovering that a youkai has possessed Hiroshi, Nube uses the sealed demonic power in his left hand to free his student. However, the situation worsens when a youkai disguised as Dr. Kyousuke Tamano appears and kidnaps Hiroshi. Working with his student Kyouko Inaba and using his knowledge of the supernatural, Nube uncovers Kyousuke’s evil scheme. Determined to save Hiroshi, Nube shows his strong commitment to protecting his students from any paranormal threats.

Renako Amaori enjoys a peaceful existence until she becomes part of a lively friend group in high school. Her life takes a dramatic turn when both Mai Ouzuka and Ajisai Sena confess their feelings to her. While dealing with this situation, Renako learns that Kaho Koyanagi, another member of their circle, is actually her childhood friend from elementary school. Despite Kaho's transformation into a well-known cosplayer, they share a deep love for anime and manga that initially brought them together. Kaho motivates Renako to try cosplaying with her. Initially reluctant, cosplaying with Kaho slowly helps Renako build her self-esteem. Yet, with the unresolved confessions weighing on her and Kaho expressing romantic interest as well, Renako must come to a significant decision soon.

High school student Mari is caught off guard by another late arrival at school, only to learn they are a beastfolk ready to join her class. Even with humans and beastfolk living together in general, such meetings are rare due to lingering biases. Despite her initial hesitation, Mari quickly discovers there is more to this person than their animal-like looks. As their bond deepens, she finds herself more and more attracted to their reliable character, their compassion, and even their physique.

Renako Amaori, a socially anxious individual, yearns to break free from her introverted shell and transform into a more extroverted person. To achieve this, she adopts a new appearance, hones her social skills, and transfers to a high school where she remains unknown. Upon arrival, she forms a bond with the renowned model Mai Ouzuka. However, as she integrates into Mai's circle of friends, Renako discovers that maintaining a facade is more challenging than anticipated. Following a heartfelt conversation where both share their personal challenges, Renako believes she and Mai have formed a genuine friendship. The following day, Mai unexpectedly confesses her romantic feelings towards Renako. Despite not sharing these sentiments, Mai proposes they explore both friendship and a relationship to determine what feels most natural. Committed to keeping their friendship intact, Renako attempts to dissuade the persistent Mai, yet Mai's increasingly forward gestures may sway Renako's perspective.
