The narrative follows Miley, a young white tiger who gets cast as the lead in the role of Captain Hat by an acting troupe. By day, he is an unremarkable salaryman, but at night, he finds fulfillment in his motorcycling lifestyle. However, on Route 246 after dark, a group of mysterious riders in black suits frequently appears, and freelance journalist Makina Mikage is always pursuing them. Another figure enters the scene: Kotaro Hyuga, the heir to the Hyuga Corp. presidency. The threads of an inescapable fate begin to draw these three young riders together.
