The BanG Dream! multimedia franchise from Bushiroad released an anime music video for the song "Introduction" on its official YouTube channel. The track was written and composed by Ayase, known for his work with YOASOBI, marking the first artist collaboration project between Poppin'Party and Ayase. The digital single was released simultaneously with the video. The music video depicts the daily routines of Poppin'Party members, shown as high school students, and features a visual style different from their previous portrayals. New character designs were created to match the song's visual direction.

During the "Project Sekai Anniversary Festa 2021" event held on Sunday, it was announced that a mini anime adaptation of Sega's smartphone rhythm game Project Sekai: Colorful Stage! feat. Hatsune Miku has been green-lit. The series, titled Petit Seka (Puchi Seka), will consist of 10 episodes and will be streamed for free on YouTube.

The Nijisanji Mahjong Cup live-streamed tournament revealed on Sunday that a comical television anime adaptation of Cat Food Studio and Yostar's free-to-play mahjong game Mahjong Soul (also known as Jong-Tama, Jan-Tama, or majsoul) has been greenlit for an April premiere. Kenshirou Morii (Anime-Gataris, BanG Dream! Girls Band Party! Pico, Grand Blues!) is helming the Jong-Tama PONG☆ anime at Scooter Films. This release includes Episode 0.
