The story of the galactic hero Goku.

Professor Jang has invested a significant amount of money to develop a robot that replicates the skills of Maruchi and Arachi, while also possessing enhanced abilities like super-sensitive hearing, vision, and strength. Despite having all these powers, the Electric Man 337 still relies on Maruchi and Arachi to overcome a pair of giant robots intent on global domination.

Maruchi and Arachi are two children discovered living in a mountain cave following their grandfather's murder at the hands of the villainous Blue Skull 13. A couple takes them in and helps them reintegrate into society. The pair soon demonstrate remarkable talent in taekwondo, a martial art they start to train in. However, Blue Skull 13 continues his evil plots against humanity, forcing Maruchi and Arachi to confront his malicious schemes directly.

Sang-ho and Sun-ja are abducted and coerced into performing acrobatic acts for a circus called the "77th Dan," where they suffer severe mistreatment. When their uncle comes to see them, they attempt to flee, but Sun-ja is recaptured. At that moment, a mysterious figure dressed in black, whom the Japanese fear, steps in to assist them.
