Fei Xingkong and Sirui are unexpectedly confined inside a comic cage, struggling desperately to return to the real world. But with the "author" wielding absolute authority over the narrative, the two must constantly escape through the story's chaotic and unpredictable terrain.

Tong Qi grew up surrounded by otaku culture thanks to her parents, but she always did her best to steer clear of anything that would label her an otaku herself. She admires her desk mate, Yang Wei, a genuinely bright and cheerful guy in the real world. But her world gets turned upside down when she overhears him talking about "anime and manga." In the second season of "What's Wrong with My Big Brother," Dongfang Xianyun finds himself in a cultivation realm after transmigrating, only to realize he does not match the typical hero archetype. Convinced that his younger brother Yin Feixing—who has been reborn for revenge—is the actual protagonist, Dongfang Xianyun tries to stay close to this supposed hero to guarantee his own safety. Dongfang Xianyun, formerly the leading disciple of the Xiaoyao Sect and now a prominent demonic cultivator in the Bai Mei Sect, faces a critical life-or-death situation.

This comedic series follows Dongfang Xianyun, the senior disciple of the Care-free sect, as he struggles with an unusual mental disorder. After being reborn into this world, his sole objective is staying alive—specifically, preventing the "main character" from murdering him. The story unfolds through his baffling run-ins with his junior disciples while he desperately tries to dodge a series of deadly plot twists.
