In "Paradise of Innocence," Shouta Handa, a 25-year-old without a job, feels discontent with his mundane life. At a high school reunion, he meets up with his former classmates, who have achieved successful careers and grown into attractive young women. However, they remind him of his failures and taunt him with unkind words, just as they did in their youth.
The turning point comes when Shouta goes outside for a cigarette and accidentally plunges into the school swimming pool. This incident triggers a supernatural occurrence, propelling him ten years back in time. Upon waking, he finds himself in the middle of a swimming lesson, surrounded by his female classmates in bikinis. Now an adult in a younger body, Shouta must navigate the challenges of being around these close and adorable peers once again.
