With the arrival of a mysterious super-era technology, Gene Lock drives unprecedented enhancements in human bodily functions such as speed, strength, and perception. Those who successfully unlock their genetic code can become "agents," and the most exceptional agents are known as "gun gods." Around this new Gene Lock weaponry, various factions waged fierce struggles, founding academies dedicated to cultivating agents. As experiments broke new ground and found practical application, and under pressure from a mysterious race, the world gradually sank into the quagmire of war. When the war ended, the mysterious race vanished, and agents and spears faded into unsubstantiated urban legends. The only two special agent organizations that survived, "Deep Sea" and "Dead Snake," moved their bases to the seabed and underground respectively, leaving each other undisturbed. Yet beneath this tranquil surface, crisis is brewing. The dark tide still churns, and the great wheel of history has never ceased turning.
The story begins when master fair fan Lin Xiaoshuai wanders into the Deep Sea Special Academy by chance. On this unusual and enigmatic campus, Xiaoshuai and his companions aim to inherit the Gene Lock and rise to become agents, or even gun gods, while training in martial arts, combat, and firearms.
The animation is structured in four chapters: Secret Service Academy, Special Agent World, Secret History of Blood Race, and Deep Sea Falling, with 12 episodes per chapter and 48 episodes in total.
