After completing middle school, energetic fifteen-year-old Hiyori Suzumi moves from her coastal hometown to Tokyo, aiming to become a track and field athlete. She soon encounters money problems that force her to look for part-time work to get by. Following a difficult job search, Hiyori unexpectedly lands a role as event staff, specifically as a trainee manager for LIPxLIP, a rising male idol duo that includes her classmates Yuujirou Someya and Aizou Shibasaki. Despite this surprising development, Hiyori is determined to perform well in her new management duties while also juggling her academic studies and athletic aspirations.
