In a post-apocalyptic Japan, the Great Kanto Desert stretches across a barren landscape of sand and ruins, where survival is a daily struggle. While most merely endure the harsh conditions, a few rise to legendary status through their exploits.
One such figure is Sunabouzu, known as the Desert Punk—a masked handyman who accepts any job, no matter how dangerous or morally questionable. His ruthless and cunning methods make him a feared presence across the desert. Yet Junko Asagiri, called the "Vixen of the Desert," discovers that Sunabouzu has a notable weakness: an overwhelming attraction to well-endowed women.
As they travel through the Kanto Desert, Sunabouzu meets a strange assortment of individuals, all engaging in violent and perverse behavior in a world already ruined by previous generations. Despite the chaos and moral decay, they appear to take no lessons from the mistakes of those who came before.
