Fuuka has lost all her memories. While wandering through a strange town, she finds herself being pursued. The ones who come to her rescue are members of the Oz family, one of the mafia organizations that control the city. In this town where both camaraderie and conflict go hand in hand, Fuuka must choose whose hand to take. Along the way, the mystery remains: why can she recall nothing at all?

At Ousui Academy, the student council's lovely members frequently hang out with Kouki Narumi, the boy they each have a crush on. But when he isn't present, the council—made up of otaku club president Kaoruko Rokuonji, determined Ashe Rufflette Sakuragi, introverted programmer Toa Narumi, and Toa's playful best friend Mihiro Miyase—must find ways to amuse themselves. "Wagamama High Spec" provides a look into these girls' everyday routines as they experience comedic and occasionally risqué adventures at school and around the city.
