In a fictional modern-day nation, the authoritarian political party "Good for You" has seized power and enacted the "Chocolate Prohibition Act," banning all chocolate products and most enjoyable sweets.
Two young boys, Huntly and Smudger, frequently visited Ms. Bubby's candy shop, mainly hoping to see Louise. Since the law came into effect, the once-lively store has fallen into decline. Louise tells them about a secret group distributing illegal chocolate. While heading to a hidden cave where chocolate supplies are kept, they discover an encoded message.
After deciphering it, the boys sneak into the underground headquarters of the black-market dealers. There, they find a lively Chocolate Party in progress! Tasting chocolate again fills Huntly and Smudger with happiness. But their fun is interrupted when the Chocolate Police show up. In the pandemonium, their companion Div is captured by the authorities!
This cannot stand! All Div wanted was one small piece of chocolate—who could hold that against him? Determined to take action, Huntly, Smudger, and Louise decide to launch their own chocolate smuggling operation. With their skills, knowledge, and shared passion for chocolate, can they succeed in bringing back the "Fun and Beautiful" world they once knew?
