In 2045, singing with a human voice has been outlawed, and all music is generated through an app called MiucS. While hanging out with her friends, Seria Aiba unexpectedly hears a live human voice singing—something that should no longer exist. Following the sound, she finds a ghost, but not an ordinary one: it is a Great Ghost, a being from another world. As Seria becomes involved with these spirits, the psychic organization TERA, and a mysterious melody known as the Possession Requiem, she discovers a hidden side of a society that erased human music. This tale follows Seria as her life changes and her own path begins to cross with the possibility of her becoming a ghost.

To earn a spot at the Kyoto prefectural Ancon tournament, Kitauji High School's brass band must select a representative team through an internal selection process. With over fifty members, the club faces numerous hurdles. As the newly appointed club president, Kumiko must steer through these challenges and lead the group past the preliminary rounds. Her difficult journey has only just begun.

At that moment, Kihachi draws out Inako's true desire to flee her family. The sole way to stop her marriage is to find an unusual book known as the "Electricity Catalog." This book is a prediction about electricity that Kihachi wrote as a child, but his older brother Seiroku took it, and its present location is unknown. Together, Inako and Kihachi search for the book across Kyoto and Shiga prefectures.

Mayu previously played for the nationally renowned Seira Girls' School concert band. Although Mayu is welcomed warmly, Kumiko senses something inexplicable from their encounter. With new members joining and various initiatives underway, the club, driven by their strong yearning for gold, discovers what is truly necessary to perform at the national level.

Konomi Kasahara has spent most of her life absorbed in video games, especially puzzle games. When she enters Hanamiya High School, she decides to push beyond her usual habits. While exploring the school for a new hobby, Konomi comes across a large climbing wall used by the school's rock climbing club. Drawn in by the challenge, she tries to scale it and realizes her puzzle-solving skills can help her find the best route to the top. Filled with fresh excitement for the sport, Konomi quickly joins the climbing club. Possessing strength comparable to Tooru's, she initially condemns Tooru's bond with humanity and challenges her to a fatal duel. Yet, intrigued by Kobayashi's unique capacity to befriend dragons, Ilulu decides to remain, seeking to understand what sets Kobayashi apart. The arrival of this new troublemaker injects even more excitement into Kobayashi's already bustling life with her dragon maid.
