The third season of Cardfight!! Vanguard: Divinez. Following the end of the Destined Showdown, Akina and the other Vanguard fighters enjoy peaceful days until a message arrives. It is an invitation to "DELUXE", the tournament to determine the strongest Vanguard fighter! The third edition of this tournament is packed with must-see matchups produced by AI Gui, featuring the miraculous return of Michiru Hazama, and the legendary strongest fighter of Mythisch, Kagetsu Yakumo. In the midst of this tournament, Akina is confronted with a question from Nao's mentor Kagetsu: "What is your reason for playing Vanguard?" What is the meaning behind this question? And how will Akina answer? The quest for the peak of DELUXE begins now!

After winning the Fated Clash with Vanguard, Akina's wish for his sister Hikari's recovery is fulfilled. But Gabwelius, the one who organized the event, discloses the more profound reality behind the Fated Clash. A new plush toy called Sybilt appears, gathering the six holders of the Destined One cards and starting the "Destined Showdown." The winner of this contest will have their wish realized. This sets the stage for an intense conflict where various motives and goals collide—a confrontation between Fate and Destiny!

The third season of Cardfight!! Vanguard: will+Dress features the UNI application, which was made to give newcomers access to the strategies of elite players, having revolutionized Vanguard, turning it into a global phenomenon and launching an era of Uniformer dominance. As these events progress, Masanori works in the shadows, the enigmatic Shirogane collects tournament wins, Halona demonstrates her real power, Sophie keeps her "Strongest" title, and Jinki seeks to achieve the "ultimate fight" in honor of his brother's final wish. The AI-powered GUI's dream of a perfect world is steadily taking shape—a world where anyone can become the strongest. Despite these challenges, Yu-yu and their friends must oppose this standardized version of the game and struggle to preserve the unique personality and enjoyment of card battles.

In the storyline of "Cardfight!! Vanguard: Divinez," six powerful cards known as the "Six Desires" emerge, each capable of reshaping fate itself. Six fighters are chosen to compete for these cards in a survival contest called the "Fated Clash," where the last one standing is granted any wish. Among them is Akina Myodo, who fights to secure a future where his ailing sister can be healed. As the competition progresses, Akina faces intense battles against formidable opponents.

After winning the Deluxe tournament in Japan, Yu-yu, Raika, and Touya receive an invitation to the United States, where they compete in a series of exhibition matches across the country. Every opponent they face is a top-tier fighter from Deluxe USA, resulting in fierce battles. Meanwhile, Danji—who had earlier gone to America at Michiru's request to investigate the background of the Deluxe tournament—begins to uncover clues that suggest a link to the mysterious disappearances of some fighters. At the same time, a new faction emerges in Japan with the aim of achieving the "Ultimate Fight" in cardfights. This group aggressively recruits more fighters, and their plans threaten to affect the futures of Yu-yu and the rest of Blackout.

Yu-yu and his friends receive an invitation to a tournament that takes place four months after the clash at Nagoya Castle. This unique "Deluxe" event seeks to determine the greatest Cardfighter by bringing together "Front Fighters"—those who participate in official tournaments—and lesser-known "Counter Fighters" such as "Blackout," competing in flag-based matches. The familiar faces from overDress will go head-to-head with newcomers from will+Dress, including Raika, Michiru, and Urara, each aiming to become the ultimate champion.

Following the abrupt loss of a close companion, Team Blackout faces an uncertain future. Yu-yu Kondou and Megumi Ookura are consumed by regret for their inability to avert the unavoidable, while Touya Ebata, burdened by guilt, seeks to make up for his mistakes. No matter the path ahead, the members of Team Blackout remain confident that their cherished game, Cardfight Vanguard, will bring them together once more.

Timid and withdrawn, 15-year-old Yu-yu Kondou frequently gives in to the capricious whims of his eccentric sisters. One day, they dress him in women's clothing for their own amusement, causing Yu-yu to flee from home. By chance, he meets Megumi Ookura, a kindhearted girl who introduces him to Team Blackout, a group deeply devoted to the card game Cardfight Vanguard. As Yu-yu forges connections with Megumi and other members of Team Blackout—Danji Momoyama, Zakusa Ishigame, and Tomari Seto—he uncovers an exciting new realm that opens up thanks to the encouragement of his new companions.
