An animated biographical film depicting the life of Takae Tsuneo, who suffered a severe setback after losing both arms but went on to assist others with disabilities.
At seventeen, Tsuneo is electrocuted while installing power lines, resulting in the amputation of both arms. Despite this, he resolves to dedicate himself to poetry and literature, learning to write by gripping a pen in his mouth. He eventually becomes a newspaper reporter and shifts his focus to helping other individuals with disabilities.
