This film follows Ning, a young man who, after losing his girlfriend, becomes a debt collector in an attempt to escape his own troubles—only to find far more than he bargained for. With his constant companion Solid Gold by his side, Ning finds himself in a ghost town, and from there, the adventure truly begins. The story draws on China's myths and folklore, guiding the viewer through a world of drama, romance, and the ongoing clash between good and evil.
