In a dystopian future where civilization has collapsed, the surviving population struggles to endure across a barren wasteland. To cope with hardship, scavengers repurpose remnants of the past. Gear runs a junk shop and teams up with Qu-0213—a robot that manifests four distinct personalities—and White Bear, an experienced gambler, to recover stolen goods. Their routine existence is upended when Gear takes a rare opportunity to steal a critically important object. What starts as a daring heist quickly escalates into a deadly affair involving ruthless assassins, high-speed car chases, and violent battles. Unbeknownst to Gear and their crew, the stolen relic conceals a secret that could upset the fragile balance of their devastated world.

In the bustling cat-run ramen shop Red Cat Ramen, Bunzou and his feline staff—Sabu, Hana, Sasaki, and Krishna—work tirelessly to ensure every customer leaves satisfied. During a blizzard brought on by UMA Winter, Billy receives news of the battle with Autumn and learns that Undead and Unluck are progressing. Juiz then appears, revealing that the artifacts are weapons meant to be used against God and that the Ark only has room for one more loop. She asks Billy to rejoin forces and stake everything on Unluck to achieve their shared objective: "to defeat God." Even so, Billy declines to cooperate. Realizing Billy's hidden agenda—to take the Ark and Apocalypse for himself—Juiz steps in, but Billy starts a violent confrontation involving UMAs on both sides. Motivated by their own sense of justice, Juiz advances with her sword while Billy uses the abilities of other Negators along with his gun. What is Billy's true intention? Meanwhile, Andy and Fuko, having secured Autumn's core, are flying toward their next target, Summer. However, Billy—aware that Juiz likely entrusted Apocalypse to Andy—sends assassins to intercept them in midair!

The story of MONSTERS: 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation follows Ryuuma, the legendary swordsman from the Land of Wano in the world of One Piece. His path leads him to a young waitress whose hometown was destroyed by a dragon. He wants to avoid trouble, but it finds them anyway.

Though he managed to take down several of his former allies, Joe thought he had secured a fresh start until his family was violently murdered by members of his old clan. Somehow surviving lethal wounds, Joe wakes up in a hospital, confused as to how he is still alive. Detective Emma Samanda and her partner Mike Morris, who are investigating the deaths of the Logan family, observe a second assassination attempt targeting Joe. This time, he is ready and employs his hidden ninja abilities to quickly take out the attackers, discarding his false identity. Reclaiming his true self, Joe begins to take apart the organization he once worked for, fueled by an intense thirst for vengeance. With the help of the two detectives, Joe is resolved to destroy his past along with the painful memories attached to it.
