Short anime inspired by the iOS and Android mobile game God Eater Resonant Ops. It introduces the characters through their first day of school. Resonant Ops continues the story of God Eater 2 Rage Burst, which is itself a sequel to God Eater Burst, and takes place four years after the events of the latter. The setting finally moves toward the Fenrir Headquarters in the year 2078. (Nagerareta Shokupan is episode 00 of God Eater Reso Nantoka Gekijou. It originally premiered at the God Eater 8th Anniversary event on March 24, 2018, before being uploaded to YouTube by Bandai Namco Entertainment on March 30.)

On Tuesday, the official Mahoutsukai no Yome Twitter account released episode 0 of the MahoYome anime shorts. In it, Chise, Elias, and Ruth argue over who will give the introduction, and Chise ultimately volunteers to present the anime.

A new 30-second short episode from the Mahoutsukai no Yome series will be released every Tuesday on the official Twitter account, coinciding with the weekly broadcast of the television anime. Each new short replaces the previous week's episode, which becomes unavailable upon the new one's debut. Episode 0 is included.
