In the autumn of his first year of middle school, Arata Kouda discovers Kujima, a peculiar bird-like creature. Finding Kujima hungry, Arata takes him home. But due to the uproar from Arata's older brother failing his exams, Kujima ends up staying at the Kouda residence without paying. Kujima claims he will only stay until winter ends and spring comes, but...

In the anime "Promise of Wizard," kind-hearted high school student Akira Masaki is transported to a magical world while on her way home. In this realm, those who wield magic are called wizards, and a select few are chosen each year to fight the Great Calamity, a threat that has grown stronger and taken many lives. Amid the chaos, the Great Sage is tasked with leading the chosen wizards against the Great Calamity, a duty that now falls to Akira. Though she wishes to return to her own world, she decides to remain and help the surviving wizards locate their new allies scattered across five nations. Akira must persuade these allies to unite against the approaching danger and guide them in the battle ahead.

"Sasami-san@Ganbaranai" follows Sasami Tsukuyomi, a high school freshman who is a hikikomori, remaining shut inside her home for long stretches. Her older brother, Kamiomi, is a teacher at the school she is supposed to attend. To help with her possible return to society, Sasami uses a "Brother Surveillance Tool," a program that lets her observe the outside world, focusing on her brother's dealings with the unusual Yagami sisters. These sisters, whose ages appear reversed, each have a distinct obsession with Kamiomi. As the story progresses, the plot takes a strange turn involving magical abilities and even the world turning into chocolate. The narrative questions whether Sasami's view is warped by her seclusion or if reality itself is coming apart.

This extra episode, featured on the sixth BD/DVD volume, is told from Baabu's perspective as he narrates his experiences as a zombie. Rea goes to school for the first time as a zombie, using her improved zombie strength to get through the day. Meanwhile, Baabu develops an interest in another female cat but decides to end their relationship when he approaches a state of confusion. At the same time, a scientist who researches zombies comes to Japan to see what new specimens she can collect.

Episode 0 - "Fate is... Really..." Seven months prior to Chihiro's initial encounter with Rea, he journeys to Tohoku with his father, Mero, and Ranko to assist in organizing and relocating his uncle's extensive book collection. During the trip, they cross a bridge that strikes Chihiro as strangely familiar, prompting him to wonder why his memories of his mother, Yuzuna, are so scarce. Elsewhere, Rea, having just completed middle school, endures abuse from Aria, who takes out her drunken frustrations on the girl. Episode 14 - "Body of a Zombie... Heart of a..." Feeling lonely without Danichirou, Aria drifts off to sleep in the bath. Simultaneously, Chihiro and his family find a peculiar girl lying beneath their temple who refuses to speak to anyone. When Rea goes to fetch her for dinner, she is shoved down the stairs. By the next day, they notice all the surrounding hydrangea leaves have been shredded, and later that evening, Rea witnesses the girl making an advance on Chihiro. High school student Kazuya Maeda's life is given a new sense of purpose just before summer break ends when his father hands him an old camera. Though hesitant at first, Kazuya picks up photography and starts searching for girls willing to pose for him. He finds several who agree: Haruka Niimi, his childhood friend who is well-liked; Nonoka Masaki, the star pitcher of the softball team; Aki Muroto, the student council president; Hikari Sanehara, another photography enthusiast; Tomoe Misumi, his shy classmate; Rina Yunoki, the sole member of the Cooking Research Society; and Mai Sakura, a friend of his sister. Through this new interest, Kazuya finds each day growing brighter and more meaningful. Yet the deepening ties he forms with these girls lead him to wonder whether they view him as merely the person behind the lens or something more.

True love endures even when feelings come and go. Tsumiki Miniwa has deep feelings for her best friend, Io Otonashi, though confessing these feelings appears daunting to her. To others, they seem like a perfect match, yet Tsumiki's diminutive and cute appearance makes her seem more like a close companion to Io. His attitude towards her remains friendly rather than romantic, despite the obvious hints from their peers. As Tsumiki continues her everyday school life, spending time with her friends including Io, the question remains: will she ever find the courage to express her heartfelt emotions?

For nine generations, the Shikada family has operated Dagashi Kashi, a traditional Japanese candy shop nestled in a quiet rural setting. Kokonotsu Shikada dreams of becoming a manga artist and steadfastly refuses to inherit the family business, causing deep disappointment for his father. His life shifts when the eccentric Hotaru Shidare arrives with the goal of recruiting Kokonotsu's father for the prestigious Shidare Corporation. Although her initial offer is rejected, the elder Shikada proposes a condition: he will reconsider if Hotaru can persuade Kokonotsu to take charge of the shop. Consequently, Hotaru sets out to demonstrate the true joy and nostalgia of traditional dagashi to the reluctant young man.

Since childhood, Chihiro Furuya has harbored an obsession with zombies, longing for one as a companion. After his cat Baabu is struck by a car, Chihiro attempts to craft a resurrection potion to restore it. While conducting his experiments, he encounters Rea Sanka, a girl from a wealthy family who vents her frustration with her controlling home life by shouting into an abandoned well. The two grow close, and Rea supports Chihiro's efforts, which eventually yield a successful potion brewed from the toxic hydrangeas in her family's garden. Unaware of the potion's true effects, Rea drinks it hoping to end her suffering, believing it will kill her. Instead, the potion's properties combine with a tragic accident, transforming Rea into a zombie. Chihiro assists her in adapting to this new existence. Although his dream of a zombie girlfriend appears to come true, life in Sankarea becomes increasingly strange as Chihiro grapples with Rea's new urges and the unforeseen consequences of her transformation.
