After having a meaningful late-night conversation with her brother, high school student Arisa Minase wakes up to find herself transported to a strange world. The twins Light and Shadow greet her warmly as "Alice," thrilled by her return, even though Arisa insists they have the wrong person. The peculiar inhabitants of this realm continue to mistake her identity.
When Arisa meets the enigmatic and composed Black Rabbit, she learns that she is trapped in a place called Wonderland with no obvious way out. As she begins to adjust to her new surroundings, she comes across various odd creatures, including the affectionate Cheshire Cat and the easygoing dormouse named Round.
Yet Wonderland holds deeper mysteries. Every eccentric individual she now lives with bears a striking resemblance to someone from her past life, but none recall who they once were or how they connected to her. To further complicate matters, time in Wonderland is frozen—each day repeats itself without change. The only possible key to breaking this loop may be hidden in the secrets kept by the Black Rabbit.
