This narrative appears only on the DVD edition and takes the place of episode sixteen of the TV series, which was titled "Oyaji Camera." Within this world exists a mechanism allowing individuals to pay 100 yen to submit photographs of anyone who bothers them. Once one million pictures of the same person have been collected, the resulting 100,000,000 yen funds the hiring of a professional killer.

In the near future, technology has advanced significantly, with videophones and permanent wireless internet connectivity available to everyone. However, it appears that the government has been negligent, allowing a talented hacker to infiltrate the national data archive. Using the information obtained there, he establishes the Platonic Chain website, enabling individuals to uncover details about themselves and their acquaintances. Rumors rapidly circulate about a site that allows anyone to search for any information. By chance, three young girls—Hitomi, Rika, and Kanae—gain access to the site. This is a 15-minute special to the TV series Platonic Chain.
