In "Spy Gekimetsu," a war propaganda film opens with Roosevelt and Churchill holding a covert meeting to plot their espionage operations. Western agents, dressed in stylish suits and top hats, parachute into Japan with the aim of disrupting the tranquility of rural areas. Yet, the local Japanese community successfully foils the spies' attempts.
