Eighteen years ago, in the midst of the Seitei War, Kunishige Rokuhira stood as the most celebrated figure in Japan. A peerless swordsmith, he crafted six enchanted blades, each carrying its own unique power that ensured the nation's triumph. Once the war ended, Kunishige retreated to the mountains with his son, Chihiro, who began to earnestly study the art of smithing. As Chihiro approached his 15th birthday, the composed boy resolved to eventually take over his father's work. But his plans shattered when he witnessed a band of powerful sorcerers kill his father and make off with the sacred katanas.
Three years after that fateful day, Chihiro lives with a heart full of hatred and a relentless thirst for vengeance. Wielding Enten—the seventh and final enchanted blade his father secretly forged—he cuts down those aligned with the Hishaku, the group he holds responsible for his father's murder. Though Chihiro has yet to fully master Enten's abilities or perfect his swordsmanship, he will pursue the stolen blades without mercy, aiming to avenge his father and uphold the legacy he left behind.
