He is a Mexican dubbing actor with an incredible ability to play all kinds of characters ranging from children to the elderly, making him one of the most multifaceted voice actors out there. Among his recognized roles are Seymour "El Gran Quesote" in Samurai Pizza Cats, Director Kuno in Ranma ½, C-3PO in the Star Wars films, Slinky in Toy Story, Professor Souichi Tomoe in Sailor Moon S and Sailor Moon Sailor Stars, Gin Ichimaru in Bleach, and Bulk in the different Power Rangers series the character appeared in. Father of fellow voice actors Carlos Ramos and Abril Ramos
