To his great delight, he discovers that his neighbors have peculiar personalities and lead secret lives in the supposedly "private" sanctuary of their rooms. Feeling smug and superior in his illicit knowledge, Kouda finally meets his match in both wits and style in the dashing Detective Akechi Kogorou who's investigating a series of suspicious incidents at his building.
