Tsuge's debut work based on the <I>Shourui Awaremi no Rei</I>, an edict which existed in the early days of the Edo period during the reign of shogun Tokugawa Tsunayoshi. It depicts the exploits of a mysterious messenger, Hakumen Yasha, who saves people suffering due to the evil law. <br><br><br><br> <i><b>Note:</b> Includes a prologue.</i>
