Then, one day... the two cross paths in a hospital room. And Hangyeol appears in the guise of a "Magical Girl" — clad in a loud, tight-fitting pink character T-shirt, sporting twin "apple-top" ponytails adorned with colorful hairpins, and even wielding a magic wand. It turns out that Hangyeol, just like Juwon, was there to care for a sick younger sister. Having stumbled upon each other's secrets — and simultaneously formed a "caregiving alliance" — the two embark on a precarious double life balancing their campus days with their caregiving duties!
