Third-year student Bai is the beautiful prefect with an angelic smile - that allures the students into obeying his orders. However, his kouhai Chiaki always defies Bai and the latter has no idea why Chiaki hates him. Nor does Chiaki understand why Bai hates him so much that he never reprimands him for his sloppiness.
