Resumo
Kiyoko is a woman with ties to the yakuza. 9 years prior, she ran an illegal female-only fighting tournament under the guise of "empowering women". After Kaya's sister is killed during it, Kiyoko promises Ryuuji's father to cease the games, but, in order to curry favor with Hizakigumi, the largest group in the Kanto region, she resumes the tournament in 2020 — this time making it lethal.
