Sinopse

After Nami falls critically ill, the Straw Hat Pirates set course for Drum Island in search of a doctor. Upon arrival, they discover that only one physician remains on the island: the reclusive Dr. Kureha, who lives atop a snowy mountain. With Nami too sick to move, Monkey D. Luffy and Sanji undertake a grueling trek to bring her to the doctor. Meanwhile, the return of Wapol—the island's former king—along with his brother poses a threat to Drum Island's residents. Having caused the current shortage of doctors, Wapol has come back to reclaim his role as the people's tyrant and absolute ruler. With the aid of new companions, including the half-human reindeer Tony Tony Chopper, the Straw Hat Crew must overcome every obstacle to save Nami's life and prevent Wapol from plunging Drum Island back into oppression.
