For some time now, murders have been on the rise in Tokyo and the police remain powerless despite their best efforts. While at the scene of the latest homicide, Inspector Kuki sees something not human, which intrigues him. In search of clues, he meets Tomashino, who will accompany him in his investigations while his life is turned upside down.
