At Garuchin Academy, a school where princes, princesses, and other extraordinary students from various magical realms gather, Forumi witnesses what appears to be a falling star. Upon closer inspection, he discovers it is actually Prince Shizuka from Hanazono, accompanied by his guardian and servant, Scrooge. Disguised as his reclusive older sister, Shizuka has arrived with the sole purpose of finding an ideal marriage partner for himself. By chance, Forumi encounters Shizuka in this disguise, and the prince, revealing his true male form, appoints Forumi as his guide. To ensure Forumi's cooperation, Shizuka uses a magical collar that would cause death if removed against his will. Consequently, Forumi is tasked with guiding the eccentric prince through the academy, aiming to maintain the peaceful atmosphere and prevent any disruptions caused by Shizuka's self-centered quest.
