Apollo no Uta

Shougo is afflicted with a profound hatred of love, extending beyond humans to animals, and feels a compulsive need to destroy any creature that displays affection, which results in his institutionalization in a mental hospital. While undergoing treatment, he experiences a vision of a goddess who curses him to perpetually fall in love with the same girl across multiple reincarnations, but with the condition that one of them will die before they can fully unite.
