High school student Kanzaki Mitsuki's life takes a turn in the shoujo series "Saikin, Imouto no Yousu ga Chotto Okashiinda ga" when her mother remarries a divorced man with a son named Yuuya. Soon after, both the stepfather and Mitsuki's mother are transferred abroad, leaving her to live alone with Yuuya. Feeling abandoned by her mother, Mitsuki stays distant from her new stepbrother, hardly speaking or getting close. One day, a ghostly angel named Hiyori possesses Mitsuki's body and begins making flirtatious advances toward Yuuya. Hiyori is the spirit of a deceased girl unable to enter heaven, seeking to cross the bridge to the afterlife. To assist Hiyori, a belt called the TST is placed on Mitsuki; it fills up whenever she feels sexually attracted to Yuuya, whether through dates, kisses, or other intimate acts. Each fill brings Hiyori closer to reaching heaven. If Mitsuki wants to be rid of Hiyori's constant presence, she must take bold, romantic actions toward her stepbrother despite their complicated relationship.
