Uno Yoru, a genius novelist who made his literary debut in high school, is now thirty years old, and all that remains of him is loneliness. One day, one of his novels is adapted into a film, and he attends the cast meeting. There, he meets none other than Tsuda Ryoji, the junior who confessed his feelings to him back in high school! After being rejected with the words, *"I'll hear you out once you've climbed to 'this point,'"* Ryoji spent years working hard to reach "this point." Taking their reunion as an opportunity, he confesses his feelings to Yoru once again. Although Yoru thinks, *"The me I am now isn't all that great,"* he finds himself unable to resist Ryoji's charm...!
