The 'Quemarla' tribe, where most of the tribe are naturally thin. Their condition for becoming a 'Dout-Tuum' recognised by the tribe is the joy and satisfaction of the guardian god 'Jakai'!... However, due to genetic limitations, only unattractive sacrifices have been offered, and he is very angry. One day, while the Quemarla tribe is out hunting, an abandoned child named Koa appears. The chief, noticing the child's strong and sturdy physique, decides to take him in and raise him as a proper 'Dout-Tuum' man. Koa, who had successfully built up a body through constant growth, finally went to the three-day ritual as a sacrifice to the gods...
