Anata no Ai ga, Dokuda to Shite mo.

The protagonist, Akari, is in a relationship with her boss at work, Naoto. She was thinking about getting married, but one day a woman who calls herself Naoto's wife appears at her house. Akari unintentionally enters into an affair and loses her job and savings, but she is inspired to change jobs. She becomes positive and decides to "start over from scratch," but the real pain begins now.
