Sally was a mischievous witch and a tomboy. One day, she was drawn to an advertising balloon and followed it to a department store. There she met Sumire and Yoshiko, girls her age, and longed to become their friend. After forming a close bond with them, she resolved to pretend to be human and began living in the town with her companion, Kabu. Through this, she started discovering things that mattered more than magic.
