In Cheeky Angel, nine-year-old Megumi Amatsuka has a tomboyish spirit and dreams of becoming the "manliest man on earth." After rescuing a sorcerer from bullies, he obtains a magical tome and summons a genie to grant his wish. However, the genie has wicked intentions and instead transforms Megumi into the "womanliest woman on earth." Six years later, Megumi is the most sought-after girl at school, yet she still maintains her rough, brash personality and continues to confront troublemakers.
