After being ousted from his court position due to a scandal, Takaaki has been lounging around his manor, restless and easily bored. One day, his friend Naruhito drops by with an unbelievable tale about the most gorgeous woman alive—and hauls Takaaki along on his quest to win her affection. As he tags along, Takaaki quickly discovers that the "Princess" is not exactly what she (he!?) appears to be. Just who is Princess Kaguya, and what is the dark secret lurking behind her (his!?) history?
