Katte ni Kaizou follows Kaizou Katsu, an incredibly gullible 17-year-old high school student who firmly believes in science fiction, aliens, ghosts, UFOs, and all sorts of conspiracy theories. Certain that these phenomena are part of an extraterrestrial scheme to dominate the world, Kaizou finds himself caught up in a series of isolated and thoroughly absurd incidents. After joining his school's science club, he gains new companions and goes through a host of bizarre events, including run-ins with log people, deadly sushi, urine-soaked blades, terrifying diseases, robot attacks, spirits, living dolls, and many other oddities. The series also includes a one-shot titled "Volume 13: Yuuryou Bukken Chuukai Shimasu" (Reporting on a Melancholic Property).
