Ahiru no Oujisama

Reiichi has a crush on Yumiko, the most beautiful girl at his school. His issue: he's unattractive. After rescuing a magical dog from death, he receives a single wish, which he uses to become handsome. Now he can openly pursue his feelings, but whenever he touches Yumiko with impure intentions, he reverts to his original ugly appearance.
